By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You confirm that the contact and delivery details you give us are accurate and yours to use.

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including exact garment measurements. Photographs are representative; colours can vary slightly between screens, and measurements may vary within normal manufacturing tolerance.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm.

Prices and availability can change without notice. Stock is limited and an item can sell out between you adding it to your cart and completing checkout.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract forms only when we confirm and dispatch the order.

We may decline or cancel an order — including after confirmation — where an item is out of stock, a price or description was listed in error, we cannot verify your contact details, or we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. Nothing is charged in advance, so a cancelled order costs you nothing.

Orders are cash on delivery. You pay the courier in cash at the point of delivery. See the shipping policy for how this works.

Delivery timings, charges, and the exchange window are set out in our shipping and returns policies, which form part of these terms.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. We may suspend accounts used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, scrape it at scale, or place orders you do not intend to accept.

The EMPERIO name, logo, product photography, and site content belong to us and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered in the condition described. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We do not exclude liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
