Shipping

We deliver to every city and town in Pakistan served by our courier partners. We do not currently ship internationally.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. Orders confirmed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Once dispatched, expect delivery in:

• 2–4 working days — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan
• 3–6 working days — everywhere else in Pakistan

These are working-day estimates from the courier, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, and public holidays can add a day or two.

A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies nationwide, waived on orders over Rs. 5,000. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you confirm.

All orders are cash on delivery. Nothing is charged when you place the order — you pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you.

Please keep the exact amount ready. Couriers frequently cannot make change for large notes, and a failed handover means the parcel goes back to the depot.

Repeatedly refusing delivery on confirmed orders may result in future orders requiring advance payment or being declined.

We may call or message you on the number you provided to confirm an order before dispatch. If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be cancelled.

Please give a complete address with a nearby landmark. Incomplete addresses are the single most common cause of delayed delivery.

You will receive an email at each stage of the order. You can also check live status any time on the Track Order page using your order number and the phone number used at checkout.

Inspect the parcel at the door before paying where the courier allows it. If the packaging is visibly damaged or opened, you may refuse the delivery.

If a parcel is marked delivered but has not reached you, contact us within 48 hours and we will open a trace with the courier.
