Returns & exchanges

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise an exchange. Message us on WhatsApp or email Emperiogroup6@gmail.com with your order number and what you need changed.

We offer exchanges — for a different size, or for another item of equal value. We do not offer cash refunds except where an item arrives faulty or incorrect, covered below.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached
• Free of stains, marks, odour, perfume, and pet hair
• Returned in its original packaging
• Accompanied by the order number

• Items worn, washed, altered, or with tags removed
• Items damaged after delivery
• Items marked final sale or clearance at the time of purchase
• Requests raised after the window has closed

Minor variations in colour between the product photograph and the garment, caused by screen calibration and lighting, are not a defect.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, or is simply the wrong item, that is on us. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging.

We will arrange collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Where a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the full amount including the original delivery charge.

For faulty or incorrect items, we cover shipping in both directions. For a size exchange or a change of mind, the return shipping cost is yours; we cover the cost of sending the replacement out.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement is dispatched within two working days. Total turnaround is usually one to two weeks depending on your location.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Message us with your order number as soon as possible — once a parcel is with the courier it cannot be recalled.

Most exchanges are avoidable. The size guide publishes exact garment measurements in inches, and we are happy to recommend a size if you message us your height and usual fit before ordering.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in Pakistan.
