To process and deliver an order, we collect:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Delivery address, city, and province
• Email address, where you provide one
• Any delivery notes you add
• What you ordered, and the amounts charged

We never see or store card details. All orders are cash on delivery and payment is handled in cash by the courier.

Accounts are optional — guest checkout works without one. If you sign in with Google, we receive:

• Your name and email address, from your Google profile
• Saved delivery addresses, if you choose to save them
• Your order history

We do not receive your Google password.

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — keeping your cart contents and, if you sign in, keeping you signed in. These cannot be switched off without breaking checkout.

Where analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and where they leave. This measures behaviour in aggregate; it is not used to identify you personally.

We share your information only where it is needed to fulfil your order:

• Courier companies — your name, phone number, and address, so they can deliver the parcel and collect payment
• Our email provider — your email address, to send order confirmations and status updates
• Our hosting and database providers — who store the site and its data on our behalf
• Google Analytics, where enabled — anonymous usage statistics, never your name or address

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Our database is access-controlled and encrypted at rest by our provider, admin access is restricted to named accounts, and we keep only the data we actually need.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you.

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, warranty, and tax purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your account and its data. Email Emperiogroup6@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We may need to keep basic records of completed orders even after account deletion, where the law requires it.

This store is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
